induction cookware
since that subject occasionally pops up here, I saw a cooktop and three pots/pans combination at Sam's club for $99.99. Seems a lot cheaper than ones previously discussed here. bumpy

Now I read the ad and it states can be used on Induction Cooktop but unless there is some ferrous metal mixed in with that aluminum or part of bottom of pan it will not work on Induction Type Cooking.
Aluminum is not magnetic.....well at least in the normal sense.
There is a ferrous metal plate that can be used between cooktop and non-ferrous pans BUT efficiency is cut way down
