The filet mignon is a very good cut of beef. Wrap them with bacon
There's only one thing better than bacon and I can't say that on here lol. One thing we do is take a sirloin steak and cut it in cubes and then wrap a piece of bacon around it held together with a toothpick and put it on the grill. Nice little appetizers. We sometimes substitute the steak with salmon.
