- DutchmenSportExplorerWe cheat! Prego out of a jar... Instead of hamburger, use sausage, add a touch of garlic and call it "Italian!"
- Super_DaveExplorerWe made spaghetti on Saturday night with garlic bread. I like making meat balls.
What other spices do you use? - the_bear_IIExplorerWe just made this same dish last week. This weekend we took the leftover sauce and poured it over large shells stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach....yummm

We cheat, too. I use hamburger, cut up Italian sausage, onions and Traditional Ragu Spaghetti Sauce. Sometimes I add a little red wine to it. - AlternExplorerSo....How do you like that induction cooker?
Pro's or Con's anyone? - Super_DaveExplorer

Not much.
2 cans of stewed (or diced) tomatoes in garlic, oregano and basil.
1 can of tomatoe paste.
3 nice cloves of minced garic...we use this for mincing/grinding.
2-3 bay leaves
We brown the italian sausage in a little extra virgin roasted garlic olive oil.
That's about it...very easy which makes cocktail hour more enjoyable (if that is possible).
