I have a MB smoker but waiting for the night time lows to get above 50F so I can smoke a couple of pork butts for the ever so delicious pulled pork.
You pics have me salivating!
Just curious, why wait for the temp to be above 50F. I have used my MB electric in 20F weather. it's insulated, so what i set it at is what it cooks at with no issues at all.
If it is a Propane one, then i understand as they are not insulated at all and are only sheet metal. - chuckm99ExplorerI had a masterbilt propane smoker that I bought a Bass Pro for about $150 many years ago. Worked great and lasted a fairly long time. Bottom finally rusted out. Replaced it with a weber charcoal model. Loved the way you could just set the burner and forget it til the meat was ready.
- magnusfideExplorer IIThese photos would make a best seller coffee table book for meat lovers :B

- Super_DaveExplorerUsed the Davy Crockett yesterday to great results.
- Kit_CarsonExplorerI have a propane Master Built smoker and just love it. I wish I had bought the next larger one, though. I have to cut a slab of ribs in half smoke them. Other than that I love it.
- JeeperinmoabExplorerYum. I just did a brisket in my smoker for Memorial Day. Best way to have any meat in my opinion.
