Just in case there was a little leftover

I'll have to try it your way; I've always sprinkled a little fresh rosemary over the top and, of course, some freshly chopped garlic - yummy! Sometimes, I will scramble in a couple of eggs, then cover all with sharp cheese, put on lid and steam until cheese melts!!

I love leftovers in general but at the holidays, even more. I am usually too full the day of the actual meal to have fully appreciated most of the great food.

I was looking for leftovers this Christmas dinner but as it ended up we had just enough to feed everyone... Poor planning on my part haha... I love leftovers...

Wow - looks terrific!

I'll bet that was tasty. I love having things like that for breakfast, although it's never prime rib roast. Not healthy, but I'd love some melted cheese on that please.
