Kitchen Bouquet Question
Gotta admit, I've seen it in the stores for 50 years but have never tried it. What are some of the uses it's good for?

The bottles in our kitchen that first ingredient is "Caramel color (sulfites)". Whatever that is.
I don't use it but the #1 cook does. My preference is naturally caramelized color and flavor in cooking.
Obviously I'm not the one in charge. :B
