Hi Mountain Mama, how do you go about reheating it in the RV? Also with cooking the pasta at home, do you cook it till its done?

I would reheat by adding a small amount of water in dish/ziplock bag in microwave, or dipping in pan of hot water but would use microwave to keep from messing up another pan if you can. Definately wouldn't overcook it but it will depend on how you plan on warming in.
I can't use this mix anymore due to DH salt intake limits :-( but when I make pasta and have leftovers, I just freeze it in a ziplock bag and reheat by either above methods mentioned after letting it thaw in fridge. Good luck!
