Kraft Tangy Spaghetti Meal

Hello everyone, I am trying to figure out a "fairly" easy way of making this...as in one dish that will be easy to clean up in the trailer. I have been making this at home for quite some time and also I fry up some smoked sausage with it. So I am fixin pasta in one pan and in a smaller pan I fix the spaghetti sauce. So I am trying to figure out if I can make the sauce in a microwavable bowl or should I try to fix it in the same pot as I fix the pasta in.

    When I fix spaghetti, I always cook spaghetti, any meat going in and then after pasta is drained, I add the sauce, meat and then make sure it is all hot again. I serve with Romano/Parmesan cheese sprinkled on the top and put cheeses on the table for anyone who wants more. I have never prepared the sauce in a separate pan or served it separately.
