Liners for Slow Cookers?
Wife wants to know: can a turkey roasting bag be used as a slow cooker liner instead of those specialized products (which cost much more btw)?

Are turkey bags the same as Look bags that are hard to find in my area.
It's a plastic bag. Unless you're buying your veggies directly from a farmer (not just a farmers market) and butchering your own meat, your food is being exposed to far worse things than a plastic bag.
