Lodge Logic L410 Pre-Seasoned Sportsman's Charcoal Grill - J4hartsExplorerI love mine!! Use it on every trip.
- SWMOExplorerI realize one could probably fashion a lid and I've done my share in insuring the success or Lodge, but for a grill My Q-120 has a lid and a cast iron grate.

I'm surprised that Lodge hasn't come up with an accessory lid.
Hibachis are really designed to do the fast grilling tasks, not the low and slow or baking type tasks. A cast iron dutch oven will do the l&s and baking quite nicely.
Still I agree that cast iron is superior to wire grates and the need for the occasional baked chicken or what have you. If you want a "lid" then put a cast iron roaster or d.o. upside down over their grill surface.
This link will take you to other adaptations you can do with the LSG

- magnusfideExplorer IIDon't have one now.
I know all my outdoor cooking friends and I had a hibachi as our very first grill, usually in college. It's like your very first car. It may not be the top of the line model but it will always be our first love of outdoor cooking. - Go_DogsExplorerI have one. It is a Hibachi-style cast iron, charcoal grill. Lot's of reviews on Amazon. I think it's unbeatable for fast/direct grilling. It's heavy, and it gets really hot. It also is made from cast iron, so you have to understand how to care for it. Made in USA, will last a lifetime!
- prolandsurveyorExplorerIt grills very good...makes great sear marks. Stays hot for a longtime...
