looking for electric skillet breakfast casserole recipe

Have you tried the bag omelets? It is a great way to feed many and kids love it.

Instead of the 2 eggs that the recipe calls for, we will break 2 eggs per person into a bowl and then use a whisk to mix. Use a ladle to ladle the eggs into the baggie with the other ingredients.
