Just a heads up....if your egg based breakfast casseroles aren't cooking evenly it's prolly time to get a new crockpot OR you are trying to put too many eggs to solids in the pot.
What's your fav breakfast casserole dish? Sweet or savoury? If you have a favorite recipe just post it here and I'm sure it can be converted to electric skillet cooking.
The recipe that I normally used when oven cooking is very similar to
this one. I don't know if it could be adapted to the electric skillet.
