have you looked at Mario Batali's recipe for eggs in hell, i think it's called? You could tone down any spice that people might not like.
How about sausage gravy cooked in the elec skillet?
Or framed eggs (toad in the hole). Line them up on a large elec griddle or oblong elec skillet.
we like th breakfast bowl concept at Bob Evans. You could recreate that. Soft scramble a dozen eggs and remove from skillet. brown up some sausage or bacon and remove. Fry some home fries and onions, add back eggs on top, sausage, top with cheese, put lid on and turn to low until cheese melts, then serve out of the skillet.
