Microwave/convection oven
We have a new motorhome and it has a micro/convection combo. I need some help. Can someone give me any pointers? I'm wondering how easy it will be to make biscuits, etc.

Given that it is a combination microwave and "regular" oven, you can do anything with it. My experience, too, has been that in convection mode it takes a little bit more baking than the recipe calls for, but it works just fine allowing for that.
You asked about biscuits. No problem. Put it into convection mode, and if the recipe calls for 8-12 minutes at 400, give it the full 12 minutes, but be ready to throw 'em back in for a couple more if they aren't quite done enough. We've baked winter squash in ours: 45 minutes baking time did the trick.
