Microwave/convection oven
We have a new motorhome and it has a micro/convection combo. I need some help. Can someone give me any pointers? I'm wondering how easy it will be to make biscuits, etc.

Just remember a convection oven is an oven with a fan, it will distribute heat evenly. At home I sometimes turn the temp. down by 25 degrees. If the recipe calls for 350 I will bake at 325. I've really never experience longer bake time with certain foods.
