Microwave/convection oven
We have a new motorhome and it has a micro/convection combo. I need some help. Can someone give me any pointers? I'm wondering how easy it will be to make biscuits, etc.

At home we have a Viking range. Been married for 40 years. Got our MH last Jan. DW baked some cookies in the convection/microwave. First time I have had cookies that weren't done on top and burned on the bottom. DW is thinking about throwing that $5000 Viking range in the trash and buying a convection/microwave for our home. It does most everything that Viking range does and better.
