Microwave/convection oven
We have a new motorhome and it has a micro/convection combo. I need some help. Can someone give me any pointers? I'm wondering how easy it will be to make biscuits, etc.

One other thought - does yours have the mixed mode where it does both convection and micro? If so, that is nice especially when cooking meats - speeds up cooking time. Again, in that mode you cannot use a metal cooking dish. I also tend to not use that mode if cooking meet with soup or cheese sauce on it - tends to make the sauce want to run off.
