Mug cake or Microwave cakes

I can recommend the "3-2-1 Cake".

I have had the mug cake several times and they are quite good.

I've seen it make the rounds on this forum a half dozen times or so. Some have found ways to put their own twist on it. Personally, when I want cake, I'll probably eat a cake. LOL!

This looks very easy to make.

I was shown how to make a 'perfect cake' using a microwave rice cooker, so easy that I bought one from "Perfect Chef" or something like that.

Basically you mixed a chocolate cake mix in the rice cooker, then add a huge scoop of icing into the center of the mixed batter. Bake in the microwave for about 10 minutes, and it starts to 'poof' up. Get it out of there before it hits the top of the microwave.

Done.

Making it in a coffee cup also seems really easy. I did not read all the details of this recipe, but it sounds good!
