Need advise on which turkey fryer / steamer to buy

Hello,

My wife and I have decided to purchase a turkey fryer steamer package. I have been looking at them online and have determined that they have either aluminum pot / basket or stainless steel. The stainless steel units cost more money. We will be using this both as a steamer low country boil type system as well as a turkey fryer.

Is it worth getting the stainless steel model? What features should I look for in one of these? What should I avoid? Any brand better or worse than the others?
