I don't have enough battery AHs to run a 2000W inverter, however, I would like to do the upgrades eventually. I use a Yammi 2k inverter genny for high draw AC devices.
The cooker draws 1500W per the nameplate, right?
Does the cooker cycle on and off where it would drive the inverter generator crazy going between idle and full speed? I now use a 500/800W double hotplate that does that.
That on-off problem is why I now have a inverter type Panasonic microwave. The MW keeps the power draw level so the genny can hold at a constant speed.
