Olive Relish for Muffaletta Sandwiches

Boy, you must have read my mind! Was just in the middle of deciding if first night on the campground's dinner should be a muffaletta or nicoise sandwich! I use a similar recipe minus the balsamic vinegar and plus roasted red peppers yet like the addition and think I'll incorporate it. Thanks for that:).
