Pepper Relish

My buddy had a bunch of peppers in the garden that he picked before the freeze this week and wanted to do something other than salsa or freezing them. It turned out very good with great flavor. The taste buds immediately think sweet and then by the count to 5, the heat kicks in. Making this indoors requires a grade 5 gas mask and haz mat gloves. LOL!
