- Kit_CarsonExplorerWe have an Italian restaurant here locally that produces their own Olive Mix. It is in the local supermarkets. Mamma Mia's is the brand name. If ever in this part of the state look for it, I think you will like it. It is almost as good as Boscoli.
- Cat_LadyExplorerI enjoy Boscoli Italian Olive Salad, a Louisiana product packed in Kenner, LA. Great on salads, pastas, seafood, sandwiches and more. Comes in 16 oz jar. Has a recipe for New Orleans Muffulettas on label. You might want to check them out at

Cat Lady - magnusfideExplorer IIIt's so easy to make we prefer to make our own for a fraction of the cost of pre-prepped; and when we do make it the ratios can be adjusted to our preferences.

I just buy muffaletta sauce at Publix. Very good.
I found a olive salad at an Ocean State Job Lot a few years back that was really tasty but it's not a product I can find readily on my local shelves. Not surprised Publix makes one; always have fun when I food shop in FL. - NYCgrrlExplorerBoy, you must have read my mind! Was just in the middle of deciding if first night on the campground's dinner should be a muffaletta or nicoise sandwich! I use a similar recipe minus the balsamic vinegar and plus roasted red peppers yet like the addition and think I'll incorporate it. Thanks for that:).
