Determine the wattage of your grinder and get a 12V inverter that converts 12V DC to AC 120V. I have several that just plug into a cigarette lighter adapter (don't know what the P-C term for this is these days???)

Usually I grind the beans and set up the coffee pot in the evening ready for the morning.
Is there a coffee grinder available that runs off 12VDC? A brief search didn't come up with one. Suggestions?
