Hello Wanderlost,
We found that the deer will eat "almost" anything that is dry. Not too crazy about tortillas.
Check on the underside of your leaves on the greens. We can only grown kale in the winter because of "white flies". We have found nothing that will kill them. We are in Real County and the white flies leave/die after the first freeze.
We are doing the same with our pantry. Husband is on "No salt" now and can veggies are loaded with sodium where the frozen veggies are much lighter in sodium.
