I heard recently that one place that publishes recipes goes through an extensive test of altering the recipe in ways they predict the consumers will do. It needs to come out reasonably well before they publish it.

Welllllll I'd sub out the Kraft Parmesan cheese stuff dust fer sure and either use chopped fresh parsley or that new parsley paste you can find in the refrigerated section of the produce dept(wuvvvvv that stuff and no waste!). Yeah. I'm one of those use what's on hand and STILL review the recipe people;):D.
