Philly cheese steak

A philly steak sandwich with fresh meat not last weeks, with a nacho cheese sauce, that we used to serve at Boy Scout sales, and some strong green onions, and maybe some good cole slaw six hours to a day well made. Some juice from cooking of roast beef maybe too. And a bit of good mustard too.
A lot of thick sliced just cooked crisp and hard potato chips, or maybe some well crafted, twice fried battered and seasoned potato logs, with potato not too done and certainly not mushy. And a couple big old ears of good sweet and tender corn roasted in the shucks and slathered in butter and salt.
Ummmmm. I'm getting hungry.

I did mine open face with mushroom gravy on the top
