Pretty Easter Eggs
I've been reading about smoked eggs and decided to give it a go for some deviled eggs for tomorrow. They are the prettiest eggs that I've ever decorated.

- I smoked for 2 hours at 250 degrees. My first attempt so it was pure guess work from other posts that I had read. I haven't tried one yet as I think they will be better if I let them rest overnight.
- I don't like eggs and those look good enough to eat!! May have to try them, but I figure DH will get to eat a bunch of them.
- They look great. What temperature and how long do they cook?
- No, put them in raw.
