I generally use a refillable tank as above, but I've seen brass caps for the disposable 14/16oz tanks, maybe from Campmor ? Something similar might be available at a good hardware store.
Edit - Campmor no longer stocks them, but Amazon, Sportmans Guide, Cabelas and eBay. Try googling disposable propane cylinder caps.
