Disclaimer: I'm not a coffee drinker; I can't stand the taste of coffee, either as a beverage or in most any dish/desert.
Coleman has a few coffee makers available: one requires a direct connection to a disposable propane cylinder and has a built-in burner, and another drip coffee maker sits atop a camp stove burner. I suspect the latter would work on an RV stovetop, provided it physically fits on it decently enough. However, both are rather more expensive than the traditional stovetop percolator, which is available from a number of brands (including Coleman) and I gather can make a perfectly respectable batch of coffee. Percolators also appear to me to be rather less fiddly to store and less prone to breakage than drip-style coffee makers.
