Question re crockpot breakfast
They are having a brunch after church svc next week. I was thinking of making a crockpot casserole - hash browns, eggs, cheese, ham, etc. The recipe says cook on low 4 hours and not to overcook....

The only thing that comes to mind is to cook everything but the eggs. Mix something like egg beaters in and cook on the stove top, put in a casserole and add a cheese topping to melt in the oven while you are getting ready.
