Be adventurous and make some home made Weiner Schnitzel/Spaetzle/Apple Fritters. You will be the hit of the party. I would make potato pancakes instead of the apple fritters though.
A big tray of the schnitzel and a big bowl of Spaetzle would be easy to make and easily feed a grateful hungry group of Germans! :B
