RV appliances...
So, I was wondering about things like mini blenders, mixers, toasters, etc.? My RV is less than 30 foot so economy of size and watts is important to me. What are people using?

We fulltime so we don't have the option to prepare food ahead of time. Two most used appliances: 10 cup Coffee maker (900W) and crockpot (375W).
We also have a cuisinart blender/food processor combo (the food processor part is mini) (600W), a hand mixer, a single cup coffee maker (500W), and a coffee grinder (200W).
