Someone else mentioned hash-brown potatoes. That's one of our favorites. Just grate up a couple of potatoes; and toss with a little chopped onion, salt, and pepper. put the mixture on a griddle and flatten it with a spatula. Cook on medium-high for a few minutes on each side untill nice and brown. Arguably the best hash browns you will ever have!
Hash-browns are so easy now!. I stopped grating potatoes along time ago and bought the frozen ones instead because by the time I finished grating the potatoes I had a plateful of blue hash-browns, LOL.
