I'm also impressed with Weber. On our Q2000 one leg was broke when we received it. Gave them a call and they wanted a pic. We e-mail them a pic and next day called back to get replacement and another lady said "your replacement has already been shipped".

Couple days later, new leg was on door step. Works great.
