Last year, a handle broke on my (really) old Rival Crock Pot. That's right Crock Pot -- all other brands are "slow cookers." They sent me a brand new one because, as the representative told me: We (Rival) don't want our customers to possibly get injured taking the Crock Pot apart to make repairs. Two good companies!
