I have a Weber at home. The burners failed, I called Weber, gave them the serial number and they sent out a set of burners in about 3 days. Two years later the liner in the top was rusting out, called again about a liner and they sent out a complete replacement top assembly. Great customer service with no hassle. I am a believer.
