Satisfied With Weber Grill Warranty Replacement

My Weber gas grill, several years old, needed new burners. I only called Weber to verify which burners I needed and they said they would send new ones as it was under warranty. I think I was out of warranty. I asked when they would ship as I was having a birthday party for my daughter the next day and she said they would ship asap. I had them the next morning on my doorstep. Talk about customer service.
