Magnusfide, don't you think this dish would be wayyy better with some of superDave's home smoked cheese? It all sounds divine to me for a Christmas morning breakfast with some roasted tomatoes and green peas added for a real holiday looking dish. And of course add mo mo bacon since Christmas only comes once@ year(insert angel emoticon here).
