small countertop convection oven

I use a Black and Decker Toaster oven to good effect. Size is a limitation, but it will fit an aluminum pie pan from frozen pies, cooks one half of a frozen pizza at a time and crisps frozen burritos and chimichangas beautifully. It cooks grocery biscuits perfectly, (Grands) It makes great burgers and broils steak perfectly.

I like to cook brownies from a good mix, dividing a single box between two pie pans.

Being lazy some mornings, I bake pancake mix, too. Just butter the pan first to prevent sticking.

Kielbasa and cheddar is better sausages grill up nicely.
