Smoked deviled eggs.....
Cold smoked some hardboiled eggs and made deviled eggs for a get together yesterday. Was hoping for a few leftover, but they were gone in minutes.

There cold smoked. No heat. I tried once w heat and they were like a rubber ball. Lol. I used a a-maze-n pellet smoker with maple pellets, its on the bottom rack. I smoked them for 1 1/2 hrs. They do take on a smoke color, and if u want the color even, turn them 1/2 way thru.
