Best thing I found for Spam is mixing into scrambled eggs. Chop up the spam into small cubes, throw in the pan first for a few minutes to start cooking it, then add scrambled eggs and cheese. Makes the scrambled eggs much more filling (and can feed more people), and adds a nice salt / meat flavor.
