Yep went there last summer - really really nice - it is the #2 Tourist spot in Minnesota after the Mall of America. The Spam gift shop has hundreds of logo items. I bought the logo fishing bobbers for the tackle box.
In the summer at least they had a large food trailer on the lot that featured the flavor of the day.
Hormel did a good job on the Museum - it is newer modern building with lots of interactive displays
