Wow! I'm greatly impressed! All these comments about SPAM! Who would have thought there would be so much "passion" about this little wonder! It's almost like the great divide over, do we blow our lines or use Pink Stuff for winterizing? Everyone is really on one side or the other ... either love it, or hate it!
I also gained a lot of knowledge here also. I never knew there was a museum, and those links to the Spam Information and YouTube ... wow! And all these recipe ideas! I would have never thought about anything like these!
One comment about a post above: Fried Cabbage. I love that too! Actually, if you save a little bit of bacon grease and use it instead of oil, you'll find your fried cabbage just escalated from level 10 to level 20!
I remember Armor canned meat too. Haven't thought about that in years either.
