Now, you and I both know that "sauteed" is just a fancy French word for "fried"...but don't it sound healthier?
As far as I'm concerned, cabbage (and Spam) can only be FRIED- if grease is involved, anyway... such perfect simple foods don't lend themselves to lipstick-on-a-pig words like "sauteed". ;)
