We use no very little oil when cooking. 1 teaspoon or so of olive oil
Food rarely sticks -----when it does is because I try to turn to soon
Mess....little water low heat for few minutes and most will wipe right out
Stubborn......little Bar Keepers sprinkled on then splash of water and light scrub will rough side of sponge
Although we have had ours for 10 yrs only regret is we have only have had them for 10 yrs :B
Oh the monies wasted on cheap pot'pans over the years. :S
Dad always told me.....buy the right tool and a high quality tool first time.
Didn't realize he was talking cookwear but should have know Mom's was West Bend.
