steak & beer - HELP
Read a grilling recipe a while back but can't find it now. I have some nice strip steaks and the recipe called for a marinade made with a strong beer. Anybody have an idea??? I need it for tomorrow ...

The sauce was a bit thin at the end after bringing the marinade to a boil and then letting simmer for about 10 minutes. Not sure I got the glaze I wanted, but will definitely try this again!!!
