Suggestions for Quick Dinner for Tonight ?
I will be at a local campground on the fraser river tonight for a fire, i need to provide dinner for 5 adults(unfortunately i wont have my trailer with me)...What are some quick ideas that dont requir...

Assuming you'll have at least one pot/skillet etc:
Buy a big bag of frozen (fully cooked) meatballs, the spaghetti sauce of your choice, a shaker of parmesan cheese, and some good hard french sandwich rolls.
Heat the meatballs in the spaghetti sauce and let folks pile them on the buns and top with the cheese. They can toast their own buns...A bag of salad mix and a bottle of dressing completes the meal!
If you wanna get all fancy you could bring some garlic butter to spread on the buns and maybe a few tomatoes for the salad...
