Started off this AM with crisp bacon, buttered sourdough toast, scrambled eggs with sauteed bell pepper, longhorn shredded cheese
Dark roasted coffee with Irish Cream
Then for snacking: (coming up real soon)
Ice Cold Beer---Tecate/lime
Tortilla and potato chips with>>>>>>>
Fresh guacamole (avocados, hot sauce,onion salt, garlic salt, chipote chili powder, lemon juice, pepper, cilantro)
Cream cheese/chilli/cheese sauce......warm
And for dinner:
Roasting a whole chicken....olive oil with lemon pepper seasoning on rotisserie
Fresh roasted brussel sprouts with twice baked potatoes (sauteed onions/olive oil/bacon bits/cream cheese)
Sweet Ice Tea/lemon wedge for dinner
By end of 3rd quarter I should be very full......and nodding off.
