I guess we're stuck in Kansas this year, too far to drive home for the Holidays. It will just be the two of us for Turkey Day. So far, I haven't seen anyone use their Micro/Convection oven in the RV.
We used ours quite a few years ago. The turkey was too big to get adequate air circulation, so DH sawed it in half down the breastbone with a Sawzall.
We both prefer dark meat, so unless we can find some nice legs, we may need to do the same thing this year. Bake pie(s) ahead of time, add some Stovetop Stuffing, gravy and steamed veggies and it's a meal.
